Robert entered Wall Street 21 years ago with lessons passed down from four generations of family members who worked in the investment industry before him. Since 2006, he has worked for, advised and co-invested with Family Offices, while serving in capacities that involved sourcing investment opportunities, conducting company and manager due diligence, and deal syndication. Over the course of his career, he has managed sales desks and trading desks at large financial institutions, where he built a Fund Investor network. He led in profitability at three firms: once while working in a trading capacity and twice while working in a sales capacity. In 2014, Robert founded ICV to bring together his network of Family Offices and Fund Investors to create a social impact beyond a financial return.

He is Partner of Merchant Liquidity Fund, a hybrid hedge/private equity fund; Business Strategy Advisor to New Frontier Bio, which leverages the long-term involvement of the Kennedy family in health care; Member of the President's Advisory Board of Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, a 193-year-old institution with 19,000 strong who provide the highest-quality, compassionate clinical care for patients, educate the health professionals of tomorrow, and discover new treatments and therapies that will define the future of health care; Senior Advisor for Fundraising and Partnerships to the Permanent Secretariat of the World Summit of Nobel Peace Laureates, a platform to consolidate peace efforts and strengthen global security, monitor and support the Nobel Peace Laureates, and engage the minds of young people and citizens on real matters that broaden vision and open up new horizons for more peaceful and compassionate thinking; and, he is a member of the Advisory Council of Represent.Us, a movement to end corruption in the United States.

Robert serves on the Boards of Childhood Cancer Kids, a non-profit organization that seeks to increase childhood cancer awareness and to provide resources to and elevate the spirits of children with cancer; The Children’s Village, which works in partnership with families to help society’s most vulnerable children so that they become educationally proficient, economically productive, and socially responsible members of their communities; Tuesday’s Children, a response and recovery organization that supports youth, families, and communities impacted by terrorism and traumatic loss; and, The Harmon Foundation, a private foundation established in 1922 for charitable and humanitarian purposes.

As a strategic futurist, Philippa has founded multiple private and publicly listed start-up companies. Product development and commercialization of disruptive digital technologies have been a hallmark of her career. An active company director, Philippa has been a director/chairman of public and private companies, engaging and leading boards towards board performance and efficiency, stewarding regulatory and legal complexities, strategic planning and enterprise risk management.  She is currently chairman of Care Advisor Australia, a start-up digital business in aging and disability. Philippa is engaged in the development of Healthy Aging Living Laboratories on behalf of the South Australian Government. She worked as a Sell-Side Biotechnology Analyst at Prudential and Merrill Lynch, Sell-Side Healthcare Services Analyst, Buy-Side Healthcare Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Merlin BioMed. Maureen has also acted as an Independent Buy-Side Analyst and advisor. Maureen earned a B.S. degree from Columbia University, an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business, and is a CFA. Maureen’s experience gives her a unique understanding of corporate and financing structures, and what investors are looking for, which helps her guide and advise Investor Relations clients. Maureen develops proactive Investor Relations programs with the goal of building a full and fair valuation for client stocks.

Tony brings with him more than 20 years of experience in finance and fund raising. Prior to joining ICV, he served over 60 companies as their financial consultant. In this capacity, he helped client companies raise funds by helping them create Fund Raising presentations, Uses of Funds, Valuation Frameworks, and even formal S-1 filings. The companies ranged from small, privately held start-ups to a billion dollar IPO of a healthcare company. Tony has spent nearly 15 years working for large New York-based hedge funds as an investment analyst specializing in healthcare. Investment targets were healthcare companies with market capitalization values of $500 Million to $200 Billion. He served as an Investment Banker at HSBC Investment Bank in the derivative and structured finance departments in New York, London, and Paris offices. Today, he and his family split their time between their homes outside of Geneva, Switzerland and Southern California. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard.

Prior to joining ICV, Antonio worked for PwC, where he provided audit and assurance services to corporate clients. While advancing within PwC’s assurance practice, he focused his time and development on an industry diverse portfolio of private companies. Earlier in his career, he managed import and distribution for his family business. Antonio earned a B.B.A and Master's in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated cum laude; gained entry into a selective Accounting Scholars Program; and, served as a Teaching Assistant. Antonio’s interest to do well by doing good brought him to Haiti, where he collaborated with doctors and nurses to provide on-site relief efforts following the 2010 earthquake. He is a member of the young professional board for Action Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organization committed to ending world hunger.

Greg is focused on building ICV's Asia Pacific capabilities and expanding its global footprint. Prior to joining ICV, Greg was Director for International Affairs at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO). In his role, Greg managed BIO's international government affairs portfolio for Asia Pacific and worked with BIO's members to craft international engagement strategies to promote member companies' business interests abroad. Prior to this, Greg managed the Asia Pacific portfolio of Frontier Strategy Group's Expert Advisory Network. Earlier in his career, Greg worked for United Parcel Service (UPS) on its corporate public affairs team in Washington, DC, where he supported a portfolio of legislative and regulatory issues focused on international trade, customs, and transportation. Greg has traveled abroad extensively and as a child grew up in Tokyo, Japan and Beijing, China. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Tufts University in Medford, MA and speaks conversational Mandarin.

Sapna brings with her more than 10 years of investor relations and investment management experience. Prior to joining ICV, she served as Managing Director for SeedInvest, a New York-based, venture-backed FinTech firm, where she led the expansion of operations into the Southeast Region of the United States; sourced early- to late-stage venture investment opportunities in the range of $5M to $50M for investors within her national network; and, led a $10M capital placement initiative for the firm’s first Seed Fund. Prior to this, Sapna advised Family Offices while working for SignatureFD, an Atlanta-based privately-held investment management firm with more than $2B in assets under management. Sapna also played an integral role in the firm’s SignatureWOMEN initiative, designed to educate and empower women on how to accumulate and preserve wealth in order to achieve financial freedom. Sapna earned a B.S. in Biology from the University of Georgia and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from Georgia State University. She is a candidate for the Uniform CPA Exam. Sapna believes in giving back to the community through education, and serves as a Registered Yoga Teacher and member of The Yoga Alliance, the largest nonprofit association of yoga teachers and schools.

Kayla brings to ICV a strong educational background in Hospitality and Tourism Management, with a concentration in Event Management, Production and Marketing. Her work experience includes positions at FÊTE, Town & Country Magazine, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, and NYU, where her responsibilities included researching potential partners, sponsors and influencers; vendor selection; coordination of travel logistics; and, liaising with events and marketing teams to execute small and large scale events. Kayla enthusiastically supports charitable organizations through her volunteer work with the B+ Foundation Running Team, New York Dance Marathon, and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.
