Imagine an event where hard-to-reach family offices, some of the world’s leading fund managers, chief executives of impact companies, economists and risk experts, Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, civil society leaders, academics, best-selling authors and artists meet to share their ideas, insights and outlook in a collaborative and safe environment. It’s easy if you try.
On December 8 and 9, 2016, we hosted ICV Manhattan 2016: Imagine, a first-of-its-kind event, where we delivered diverse content to Single Family Offices that allocate their capital across asset classes, carefully examine the interconnected risks that may disrupt a well-thought-out portfolio designed for future generations, and improve the wellbeing of humankind through their philanthropy.
We featured more than 70 speakers including some of the world’s leading fund managers, CEOs of impact companies, economists, risk experts, Nobel Peace Prize Laureates, civil society leaders, academics, New York Times best-selling authors and famous artists who shared their insights and outlook in a collaborative and safe environment.
We also hosted a 27-piece orchestra for the benefit of EARTH’S CALL.
The event was not advertised or sponsored, and all proceeds of ICV Manhattan 2016 were dedicated to nonprofit organizations.
Over the course of two days, investors and philanthropists evaluated opportunities to create a social impact beyond a financial return. We hosted three industry-focused concurrent dinners, where the CEOs of agriculture, healthcare and technology companies presented.
